CEO

Tiffany Fraley is our fearless Chief Executive Officer and has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. In addition to her COO and property management background, Tiffany is a licensed real estate managing broker. Tiffany is fiercely passionate about all things dog rescue, and even helps run one when she’s not building her empire.

Brand DIRECTOR

Alicia LaFollette is our visionary Brand Director with nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate brand identity, environmental design, advertising and collegiate-level instruction. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her playing tennis or snuggling with her pup, Winnie, and a good book.

Operations Manager

Nicole Majkowicz is our take-no-prisoners Operations Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in property management, customer service, staff development, and retail operations. In her free time, you can find her reading a thriller or out on the golf course.

Compliance & Facility Coordinator

Kerry Cheatham joined the InConvenience team as the Compliance & Facility Coordinator in May 2024. Prior to working for us, Kerry has had a diverse work background across multiple industries, ranging from Food, Retail, Mortgage, and Hospitality spanning the last 20 years. In her leisure time you can find Kerry working in her garden, playing softball, or enjoying a margarita.

Retail manager

Cailyn joined the InConvenience team in 2024 as our retail store employee manager. She has over 10 years of experience in retail management, team development, and customer service. When Cailyn isn’t at work, you can find her watching a good documentary and spoiling her dog, Otis. 

Amanda Lobes

CATEGORY MANAGER

Amanda Lobes is our strategic Category Manager and began her venture 20 years ago, earning her degree in merchandising and design.  From property management to acquisitions to buying guru, she is a lady that wears many shoes, her favorite accessory. Amanda stays busy raising her two daughters, Georgia and Birdie, with her husband Steve. When she isn’t watching Disney movies with her family, she appreciates a good red wine paired with a scary flick.
