CEO

Tiffany Fraley is our fearless Chief Executive Officer and has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. In addition to her COO and property management background, Tiffany is a licensed real estate managing broker. Tiffany is fiercely passionate about all things dog rescue, and even helps run one when she’s not building her empire.

Brand DIRECTOR

Alicia is our visionary Brand Director with nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate brand identity, environmental design, advertising and collegiate-level instruction. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her playing tennis or snuggling with her pup, Winnie, and a good book.

OPERATIONS & FUEL MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Nicole is our take-no-prisoners Operations & Fuel Maintenance Director. She has over 15 years of experience in property management, customer service, staff development, and retail operations. In her free time, you can find her reading a thriller or out on the golf course.

Rachel Kemph

RETAIL AND LEASE ADMIN DIRECTOR

With nearly 20 years’ experience in leadership, retail management, team building, and lease administration, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She’s never met an animal print she wouldn’t wear and loves a little reality TV. She loves to spend time with her three kids, her dog, Harry, and with her husband, Joe.

CONTROLLER

Megan loves all things numbers and has a spreadsheet for literally everything. Her finance experience ranges from hospitality to manufacturing to insurance, making her a great asset to the team! 17 years ago, she worked at a waterpark and was quickly moved into cash control and has had a passion for finance ever since. In her spare time, she’s updating her personal spreadsheets, playing with her pups Rambo and Rosie, or enjoying the sweet Tennessee lakes.

CATEGORY MANAGER

Amanda is our strategic Category Manager and began her venture 20 years ago, earning her degree in merchandising and design.  From property management to acquisitions to buying guru, she is a lady that wears many shoes, her favorite accessory. Amanda stays busy raising her two daughters, Georgia and Birdie, with her husband Steve. When she isn’t watching Disney movies with her family, she appreciates a good red wine paired with a scary flick.

CATEGORY MANAGER

Erin is our Foodservice and Tobacco Category Manager and has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 25 years. She has experience in guiding strategic decision-making through category and program management, market research and consumer insights, and new product innovation.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good non-fiction book and snuggling with her 4 cats.

Brent Bussen

FUEL AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

Brent brings 20 plus years in customer service and workforce management to our InConvenience team. Previously focusing in state compliance, his expertise translates perfectly to tackling the world of fuel compliance. In his off time, you can find him hanging out with his dog Leroy, or out enjoying Chicago by playing tennis or indulging in the city’s best tacos.

Cailyn joined the InConvenience team in 2024 as our retail store employee manager. She has over 10 years of experience in retail management, team development, and customer service. When Cailyn isn’t at work, you can find her watching a good documentary and spoiling her dog, Otis.

Compliance & Facility Coordinator

Kerry joined the InConvenience team as the Compliance & Facility Coordinator in May 2024. Prior to working for us, Kerry has had a diverse work background across multiple industries, ranging from Food, Retail, Mortgage, and Hospitality spanning the last 20 years. In her leisure time you can find Kerry working in her garden, playing softball, or enjoying a margarita.

PROPERTY MANAGER & OPERATIONS

Stephanie brings 20+ years of experience to our team in retail and food service and bar management– the perfect combo for a tough property manager. She gets it done, all while spending her free time with her two dogs, coaching softball, and traveling whenever she can. Her favorite place has been Napa Valley, CA, but heads up Ireland: she’s coming for you!

PRICE BOOK COORDINATOR

Amanda joined the InConvenience team in the fall of 2024. Prior to working for us, Amanda has had a diverse background across multiple industries, including food, hospitality, and horticulture. After earning her Master’s in 2020, she changed her focus from working with large corporations to working with start-ups and fast growing companies with a purpose. In her leisure time, you can find Amanda crocheting, planning her next big trip, or playing with her dogs.
